Outdoor Search and Rescue Practices

This course covers necessary tactics to search for missing persons in an outdoor setting. A major emphasis is presented on navigation techniques using maps and compasses. The rescue operation will be culminated with a practical field exercise in a mock search and rescue. This course is approximately 24 hours, depending on class size.
